Area Maintenance Technician

The Area Maintenance Technician provides leadership and direction to multiple ESA facilities within their assigned Region, ensuring all property and assets are maintained in good repair and presentable condition. This role involves training and coaching maintenance teams, managing facilities and maintenance requirements, and implementing best practices to achieve efficiencies and reduce operating costs. The position also includes overseeing facilities work and projects to minimize out-of-service rooms and limit the need for outside contractors.
