The Area Manager - Collision, NSW & ACT will take ownership of a direct portfolio of Panel & Paint Members across the region, driving sales growth and strengthening Member engagement. This field-based, Sydney-based role involves building trusted connections with industry stakeholders, developing targeted territory plans, and collaborating with a team of Area Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The position focuses on retaining and growing existing Collision Members while creating a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
