VIVO is hiring an Area Manager to lead facility management and accommodation maintenance operations for the UK military and its partners across multiple sites. This senior operational role involves full accountability for performance, budget control, health and safety compliance, and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe and timely delivery of repairs and major projects. The incumbent must drive continuous improvement, manage P&L responsibility, and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external supply chain partners.
