Area Manager

Area Manager for Bridgestone Retail Operations responsible for leading overall operations and compliance of multiple company-owned stores within an assigned region. The role focuses on creating a customer-centric culture by guiding and developing store managers and teammates, driving sales growth and operational KPIs, and managing the area's P&L.
