Area Manager

As an Area Manager for Bridgestone Retail Operations, you will lead the overall operations and compliance of multiple stores within your assigned region by guiding store managers and employees. This role requires a strategic orientation to drive sales growth, operating profit, and customer loyalty while actively visiting stores to foster a customer-centric culture. You will manage the P&L, oversee talent acquisition, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance policies across the area.
