Area Property Manager

The Area Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned multifamily communities, ensuring the integrity of physical assets and supporting financial performance. This role involves supervising on-site personnel, managing marketing and leasing efforts, and handling financial reporting and control. The position also provides temporary coverage for the Regional Portfolio Manager and maintains relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
