Area R2R Team Lead

The R2R CoE Team Lead leads a team of Controllers to drive the Europe Financial Controlling Uplift Project, ensuring high-quality accounting, reporting, and control processes across multiple countries. This role focuses on establishing Centers of Excellence, harmonizing financial practices between local GAAP and IFRS, and supporting statutory compliance and external audits. The position involves partnering with Cross-functional Finance teams to facilitate continuous improvement and address complex process topics within a global organization.
