Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager leads regional sales execution, designer accountability, and customer experience across all active projects within the assigned region. Operating as a peer counterpart to the Area Manager, this role shares responsibility for regional performance, forecasting, and ensuring consistent project execution from initial lead through completion. The position drives capture rates, pipeline management, and sales leadership while partnering closely with Construction Operations to maintain high standards.
