The Area Technical Specialist serves as a key technical resource and liaison for HVAC contractors, distributors, and manufacturer representatives, providing expert guidance on VRF systems and resolving escalated technical issues. This role involves coordinating jobsite visits, conducting technical training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective case management and regional service support strategies. Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and resolve escalated system issues for HVAC contractors and distributors
Coordinate jobsite visits and conduct technical training sessions for service champions and partners
Review and analyze VRF and RLC system applications including load verification and software updates
