This role focuses on designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management. The position requires analyzing business requirements to create reusable automation components and regression suites while performing functional, integration, and regression testing. Collaboration with functional SMEs, developers, and business users is essential to validate end-to-end processes and support CI/CD execution, defect analysis, and test reporting.
