ARF Administrator

The ARF Administrator oversees daily operations of an Adult Residential Facility serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring safe, person-centered services and regulatory compliance. This role combines residential leadership with clinical expertise to implement individualized support plans, manage staff, and coordinate with clinical providers and the Regional Center. The position requires maintaining a supportive home environment while helping consumers develop skills and transition to appropriate community settings.
