About this role
The Arizona Organizer (based in Phoenix or Tucson, hybrid) will recruit and mobilize members and volunteers to support reproductive freedom legislation and candidates. The role focuses on building community relationships, coordinating in-person and virtual events, and developing volunteer leadership while collaborating with national organizing and digital teams. This is a full-time, union, exempt position reporting to the Director of Arizona Campaigns.
