About this role
Sentara is hiring a part-time Armed Security Officer to help ensure a safe, secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff across Sentara hospitals and emergency departments. The role is 24 hours/week (Thursday nights and Saturday day shifts) based in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area and requires completion of fitness, psychological assessment, and specified security certifications within 90 days of hire.
