ARMHS Practitioner

The ARMHS Practitioner provides clinical support to adults aged 18 and older, often with co-occurring developmental or intellectual disabilities, by helping them overcome barriers, build coping skills, and implement targeted interventions. The role focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and function independently within the community through a team-based, wrap-around care approach. Services are delivered in clients' homes, in the community, and occasionally virtually, with a schedule primarily consisting of full-time business hours.
