About this role

As a CT Mechanic at Baker Hughes, you will perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on coiled tubing units, injectors, reels, and fluid pumps. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine issues while assembling and testing complex mechanical assemblies. You will also assist in modifying non-conforming equipment, provide coaching to other technicians, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on coiled tubing units
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel engine issues
Maintain, test, and assemble product tools and sub-assemblies
Assist in reworking and modifying non-conforming equipment
Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of competence
