Trainee will complete Rose Hills’ At-Need Arranger Training program to become an At-Need Arrangements Counselor. The program includes trainer-led instruction, departmental cross-training, observation of arrangement meetings, and hands-on experience. The role prepares the individual to work with families and to operate within company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
