Artistic Assistant

The Artistic Assistant provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Artistic Department, ensuring the smooth execution of artist care, travel coordination, and concert duty rotations. This role involves managing artist records, processing contracts and invoices, and collaborating with various departments to support guest artists and internal committees. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, handling catering arrangements, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment within the Houston Symphony.
