Ascent is an 18-month management development programme designed to support aspiring hospitality professionals with the potential and motivation to grow into future leadership roles within Minor Hotels. The programme offers structured development, broad exposure, and increasing responsibility, with the aim of preparing participants to step into supervisor or entry-level management roles and continue building long-term careers in hospitality.
