ASIC Engineering Director & Site Leader

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced leader to establish and direct the ASIC engineering organization in Kraków, Poland, with a focus on design verification and expanding into front-end design and digital architecture. The role involves leading the development of complex communication systems and high-performance SoCs for the TeraWave satellite network while managing the local engineering site and prototype integration laboratory. This position requires deep technical expertise in ASIC development combined with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering complex silicon products.
