ASIC Master Production Scheduler (Onsite)

The Master Production Scheduler will build and own the weekly Master Production Schedule for advanced packaging manufacturing, partnering with foundry and OSAT partners to create a feasible production plan. This role involves designing processes and tools from the ground up, coordinating procurement of critical materials, and managing inventory levels to balance service levels with cost and obsolescence risk. The position serves as the central communication point between front-end wafer processes and backend MPS, tracking KPIs to drive continuous improvement in a lean, AI-enabled planning environment.
