ASIC Test Development Engineer

The ASIC Test Development Engineer in Silicon Operations serves as the backbone of the ATE test bring-up process, collaborating with ASIC design teams, peer Test Engineers, and manufacturing partners to triage failures and manage production test activities. This role focuses on bringing up tests, characterizing units, and releasing test programs to production while supporting pattern generation, debugging, and improving test coverage. The engineer works closely with Tier-1 OSATs to manage high-volume manufacturing tests and address quality issues.
