Asphalt Plant Operator

Downer is seeking Asphalt Plant Operators to join plant teams at Gosnells and Hope Valley sites, responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality asphalt. The role involves operating plant control systems, managing feeds and mix temperatures, and utilizing front-end loaders for stockpile management. Operators will also handle weighbridge duties, conduct routine maintenance, and collaborate with laboratory and maintenance teams to ensure reliable plant operations.
