Asphalt Screed / Screw Operator

Rogers Group is seeking an Asphalt Screed / Screw Operator for its Northern Middle Tennessee Division to work on a paving crew building commercial parking lots, city streets, county roads, and interstate highways. The role requires an uncompromising focus on safety excellence and prior experience running the screed/screw on the paver or significant experience in paving equipment operation. The successful candidate will promote and adhere to the company’s safety program while contributing to the organization's success as a vital team member.
