Assembler II (Intermediate)

The Assembler II is responsible for independently performing moderately complex assembly work, interpreting drawings, and maintaining productivity and quality standards within the line's takt time. This role requires proficiency in assembly processes, the ability to work more than one station as needed to support line balance, and the ability to troubleshoot routine issues with minimal supervision. The position involves supporting inventory handling, material flow, and assisting in the training of entry-level assemblers.
