Assembly Cell Operator I, 2nd shift (MODS) (Onsite)

This role provides on-the-job training for individuals with little or no machining or assembly experience to become a Certified Operator at Pratt & Whitney. The position involves performing routine assembly operations on large engine sections, verifying work conformance using precision instruments, and maintaining machines through preventive maintenance. Employees will learn to collaborate with engineers and quality assurance personnel to resolve assembly problems and support part process development.
