Assembly Lead

As a Modifier at SPX Cooling Technologies, you will make customer preference modifications to industrial cooling towers by identifying parts, measuring components, and performing precise cutting, grinding, and welding. The role requires interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure fabrication tasks adhere to strict specifications while supporting the assembly line. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations and quality standards.
