Boeing's Assembly Mechanic Apprenticeship in St. Louis is a full-time, company-sponsored training program that prepares candidates to work as Composites Assembly Mechanics in a manufacturing environment. The 12-week Composites cohort covers composite layup techniques, curing processes, surface finishing, interpretation of model-based drawings, and work with high-performance materials. Graduates receive a nationally-recognized Department of Labor registered apprenticeship credential and may be eligible to convert to a union-represented Assembly Mechanic role.
