A Production Operator (Agent de production) working in the workshop supports preparation, manufacturing and finishing of acoustic speakers and related accessories. The role reports to the Workshop Manager and contributes to meeting production schedules, equipment readiness, and product quality. The position also participates in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
