Assembly Operator

The Assembly Operator/Material Handler is responsible for moving materials, pallets, dies, tubs, baskets, and racks to various areas or machine locations within the department or facility. The role involves aiding in the crating of finished export pallets and performing other assembly operation functions to produce, inspect, and assemble precision bearing parts. This position ensures that all work meets customer expectations and Amsted Rail procedures and standards.
