Assembly Production Supervisor (Days)

The Assembly Days Production Supervisor oversees day-shift assembly operations at the St. Louis Membrane Solutions manufacturing facility, leading a team of 20–24 production technicians and Team Leads. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production of air separation modules for aerospace, nitrogen, dehydration, and process gas applications. The position requires strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and expertise in quality systems, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
