Assembly Scheduling & Execution

This role serves as the primary planning liaison between the Site Master Scheduler, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and the Fabrication Planning team, translating complex project requirements into executable shop-floor schedules. The position is responsible for managing assembly scheduling, capacity constraints, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery and schedule adherence. It involves maintaining accurate data in Epicor, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring production coordinators.
