Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Liaison

The ACT Liaison supports the Senior ACT Manager at CVS Health to ensure compliance with the Mercy Care contract and to strengthen behavioral and physical health services for members in Arizona. This mid-level position works with internal and external stakeholders to oversee Assertive Community Treatment programs, manage deliverables, and support quality and fidelity of care across providers.
