Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Multidisciplinary Team Member

This full-time position involves working with an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) multidisciplinary team to assist patients with severe persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders in achieving recovery goals. The role utilizes skill-building techniques such as role-play, modeling, and coaching to develop recovery tools for patients. Employees work both in the office and in the community, sharing on-call and weekend/holiday hours with team members. The position offers a 40-hour work week with a pay range of $22.50-$27.00 per hour and potential quarterly bonuses.
