Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Therapist

This part-time role provides comprehensive, mobile treatment services for adults with persistent mental health illnesses who have not found success in traditional outpatient settings. The position involves delivering individualized treatment through individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating with a multi-disciplined team to develop trust-based treatment plans. The therapist is responsible for maintaining clinical documentation and accompanying clients to community resources and services.
