As the Assessment Insights & Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary data engine for Salesforce's Global Life Sciences division, executing quarterly assessment processes and synthesizing complex account data into actionable portfolio intelligence. This role involves conducting stakeholder outreach interviews, maintaining robust data dashboards within Salesforce Analytics, and coordinating logistics for global customer workshops and events to drive strategic growth.
