ADAPT Community Network
The Assessment Specialist conducts Home Enabling Supports (HES) assessments and develops person-centered HES Plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Working under the direction of the HES Program Development Manager, the role identifies opportunities to promote independence, safety, health, and community participation through assistive and enabling technology. The position is responsible for completing assessments, identifying appropriate technology solutions, and ensuring required documentation meets OPWDD and program standards.
