Assessor/Trainer - Engineering

An enthusiastic and dedicated Assessor/Trainer in Engineering will support apprentices in developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for successful careers in the engineering sector. This role involves delivering high-quality training and assessments both in the classroom and in the workplace, while guiding learners to achieve their full potential and optimal End Point Assessment grades. The position also includes fostering strong relationships with employers and championing safeguarding, health & safety, and equality and diversity.
