Assessor/Trainer - Engineering

An enthusiastic and dedicated Assessor/Trainer in Engineering will support apprentices in developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for successful careers in the engineering sector. This role involves delivering high-quality training and assessments both in the classroom and in the workplace, while designing engaging learning programmes to prepare apprentices for gateway and end-point assessments. The position also includes conducting progress reviews, maintaining compliant records, and fostering strong relationships with employers to promote learner success and safeguarding.
