Asset Experience Associate

As an Asset Experience Associate at JLL, you will serve as a strategic leader and operational expert for complex commercial property portfolios, combining senior-level client relationship management with hands-on site operations. This role is responsible for overseeing customer experience, financial management—including service charge budgets and debt recovery—and ensuring compliance with lease covenants, health and safety standards, and ESG initiatives. Candidates must possess expert knowledge of commercial property management, RICS standards, and building systems while acting as the primary contact for client asset managers.
