The Asset Intelligence Apprentice will support the Assets & Sustainability Team by maintaining and validating asset data, assisting with reporting, compliance, and sustainability initiatives, and gaining practical experience in asset management systems. The role provides on‑the‑job training toward a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship and prepares the apprentice for a future career in asset intelligence and housing asset management.
