About this role

As a Senior Asset Introduction Engineer at Blue Origin, you will lead the commissioning and reliability acceptance of new equipment, tooling, and ground systems for production and launch operations. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, criticality assessments, and spare parts strategies while ensuring accurate asset setup in CMMS systems. This role requires significant time on the floor observing commissioning activities and coordinating with vendors, design teams, and operations to ensure assets enter service with complete support infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability acceptance and commissioning activities for new equipment and systems
Develop preventive maintenance plans and criticality assessments for new assets
Own asset setup in Maximo or equivalent CMMS with complete data
Coordinate factory and site acceptance testing activities with vendors and teams
Build and maintain commissioning documentation and asset introduction packages
