About this role

The Asset Management Analyst serves as the operational engine for HUB International's IT asset program, ensuring accurate tracking and verification of thousands of devices across a distributed workforce. This role protects the organization from financial waste and audit exposure by managing inventory audits, PC refresh cycles, and disposal processes to maintain data integrity. The analyst coordinates hardware logistics, resolves reclamation issues, and reports on key performance metrics to support procurement and compliance decisions.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular depot inventory audits to verify physical stock accuracy
Manage PC refresh planning and scheduling for distributed workforce
Investigate and resolve failed device reclamation orders
