Asset Management Analyst

The Asset Management Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for the District's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and asset management program, turning data into decisions to plan capital rehabilitation, set maintenance priorities, and manage the full lifecycle of water utility assets. This role involves administering the CMMS, integrating it with GIS, SCADA, and financial systems, and training staff on asset management processes. The position supports operations, engineering, IT, and finance departments to ensure the community's water infrastructure runs efficiently for generations.
