Asset Manager

This role involves partnering with the Portfolio Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of the NSW Logistics portfolio, initially covering a Property Manager role before transitioning into a permanent Asset Manager position in mid-2027. The position requires taking ownership of tenant liaison, leasing, building operations, capital expenditure projects, financial management, and rental valuations for a growing Sydney Logistics portfolio. It offers significant scope for growth and increasing autonomy as the portfolio expands through new acquisitions and developments.
