Asset Manager

The Asset Manager will deliver strategic asset maintenance management, compliance, and lifecycle planning across a diverse social infrastructure portfolio supporting WA Schools and QEII Carpark. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the role involves analysing asset data, managing compliance obligations, and providing technical guidance to operational teams. This position requires building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery outcomes.
