About this role

The Asset Optimisation Manager leads the Capability Life Cycle Manager (CLCM) team to deliver asset management services for Defence Maritime Capability. This role involves planning maintenance activities, directing reliability programs, and driving cost reduction strategies while fostering stakeholder relationships and enterprise risk management. The position requires acting as a subject matter expert to improve the Asset Management System and optimize Total Cost of Ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead the CLCM Asset Optimisation team to deliver asset management services
Direct reliability and maintenance programs to ensure platform availability
Develop and improve the Asset Management System as a subject matter expert
Drive life cycle cost analyses and asset optimization studies for cost reduction
Manage enterprise risk and assurance activities across the organization
