Asset Protection Specialist - Garden State Plaza

The Asset Protection Specialist is based at flagship locations and supports surrounding sanctuaries within the market, partnering with the Regional Asset Protection Manager to execute a customized asset protection program. The role focuses on using data, surveillance technology, and investigations to reduce shrinkage and protect company assets while maintaining ALO’s brand experience. It also involves collaboration with store teams, legal and law enforcement, and ongoing training and assessment to improve security and loss-prevention processes.
