About this role

Asset Tokenization Product Lead at U.S. Bank owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products supporting tokenized digital assets across their full lifecycle, driving commercialization and scaling of tokenized assets.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities
Lead product development across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution
Partner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions
Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and strong control frameworks
Work with Distribution and client-facing teams to identify client demand, support go-to-market strategy, and prioritize use cases

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management, investment services, asset management, or related financial services rolesStrong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and asset servicing modelsDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept through deliveryProven ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and riskExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams
