The Assets Reliability (AR) Technician V serves as the senior technical escalation resource for Axon's Asset Reliability team, handling complex troubleshooting and leading investigations into chronic and high‑impact failures. This role drives the improvement project funnel, converts fixes into standard work, and mentors other technicians while supporting production issues without taking ownership of line event records.
