About this role
Assignment Ready Counselor (ARC) positions provide short-term, on-demand non-medical behavioral health support to military service members, their families, children, and youth during surges, events, summer camps, and as backfills at military installations. These part-time roles support the MFLC program and require independent clinical licensure in the state of Rhode Island. Counselors work with installation points of contact to deliver services in a variety of community and school settings.
